Really good Service and Prime Location

local restaurants wonderful spa grand piano

the staff provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helped with navigating the city. the spa included two saunas a pool a whirlpool and a steam room. breakfast was delicious wine and cheese were available from 4pm to 6pm in the atrium with a grand piano.

the payment precharge remained on my account for many days which effectively doubled the hotel charges during this period.

the hotel sits right beside st stephen's basilica. the street remains quiet and only accessible by authorized vehicles. nearby restaurants and shops add convenience. a hop-on hop-off bus stop is a short walk away.

the staff were helpful with requests

the spa wasn't great for the hotel price one day the sauna and hammam weren't working the next day the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service also the pool water was cold

central location cute staff rooftop bar payment precharge account charge lack apology

the location was quite central. the staff looked cute. the rooftop bar had views. i enjoyed the wine and cheese provided in the afternoon.

the payment precharge remained on my account for several days. i effectively had two charges on my account for that period. there was no apology or refund for this error. i suggest paying in full upon arrival.
